Please note that the following event is not open to the public. ONLY confirmed exhibitors and registered attendees seeking continuing education credits may acess the event/expo hall.

Exhibit set-up begins on Thursday, August 24 from 1:00pm until 7:00pm
Exhibit hours: Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am-6:30pm; Sunday, 9:00am-1:00pm
Dismantle begins on Sunday, August 27 at 1:00pm and must be completed by 11:59pm

Booths will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

8x10 spaces range from $2,205 to $2,445 with tabletops at $1,630. 8x8 spaces, which are unlikely to become available, are priced at $1,940.  View the Floor Plan  

Step 1: Complete the 2017 FCA National Convention Exhibit Contract

__Carefully read all pages of the contract
__Supply required documents: Product/service brochure & FDA Market Clearance 
__Sign/initial each page, as required

Step 2: Contract must include payment information in the form of a credit card (included in the contract) in order for your company to be added to the wait list.  

**Payment WILL NOT be processed until you approve of an offered booth location.

Step 3: Return all of the above information to Heather@fcachiro.org.

Step 4: Within 48 hours you will receive a reply email specifying your position on the wait list.  

**July 10: There are 25+ companies on the wait list.  (This number will be updated on the website weekly.) 


Exhibitor Entitlements – Complimentary
  • Pre- and post- show attendee list – hardcopy format with attendee postal mailing information only
  • Company name listed in the pre-convention mailer
  • Company name listed in the onsite show guide *deadline date of July 18*
  • Company name listed with web link on the FCA webpage
  • First right of refusal on
exhibit space for next year’s event (provided floor plan/host property remains unchanged)

Marketing Opportunities  – Available to CONFIRMED Exhibitors Only

With advertising opportunities starting at as little as $80, we have programs to fit every budget.  Regarding sponsorship opportunities - our Cash Program is popular with exhibitors and attendees alike and is a great way to drive traffic to your exhibit space or sponsor a Hospitality Station and provide the attendees with beverages throughout the day. Information on these items will be provided with the official vendor confirmation letter. 

We also offer several
sponsorship packages which includes exclusive items not offered to other exhibitors.

Service Providers 
A list of service providers will be provided with your confirmation.  The event Service Kit which includes shipping information along with order forms for furniture, electric, internet (should you require premium internet access) and lead retrieval will be provided approximately 45 to 30 days out from the event. If outside vendors contact you for housing, meeting space, mailing lists, or other offers, beware of scams and potential fraud.
