Last week, the FCA requested your help in gathering information to obtain "true" numbers in response to insurance industry claims that PIP premiums have risen by 50-80% and in an amount of $400-$800 dollars. 

           If you have not already done so, please send copies of personal Auto Insurance Declaration sheets which provide your personal auto insurance premiums. This request is not limited to you. We'll take your office staffs' Declaration Sheets as well! 

           Please scan and email or fax Dec Sheets stating the amount of PIP premium by your auto carrier. You can redact your name and street address, but please leave the city and zip code and all other coverage / premium information. We need this information by next Friday, September 23, 2011. We could also use Dec Sheets from prior years, along with the current year, if this information is readily available. This would allow us to see the actual rise (or no rise) in PIP premiums across the entire State!
