Effective February 8th, following legal review and consideration by the FCA Board of Directors, the FCA agreed to participate in the ChiroHealthUSA State Association Pledge Program. After a thorough review of plan documents and filings with the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR), FCA General Counsel Paul Lambert observed, “The ChiroHealthUSA discount card plan has passed legal muster by some of the most knowledgeable insurance lawyers of the National Association of Chiropractic Attorneys.”
