COVID-19
We are working diligently with management of the Hyatt Regency Orlando to provide a safe, socially distanced and inspiring event despite the logistical challenges.  Surveys of past attendees tell us that over 70% are ready and want to attend this year.  And we have heard from many of you that you want to get back to business and you want to be at The National.  We do anticipate that corporate travel challenges may affect some and understand those issues. 

We hope this update will help you understand what is being done to create a safe and successful expo, taking COVID-19 into account and still providing an exceptional experience for you and the many chiropractic physicians, staff and students who look forward to this event every year.  Read on for key points that we hope will de-mystify this process of “adjusting for COVID.”

room rate: $196 + $10 resort fee
reservation link and special offer to be provided to confirmed exhibitors

1,620 to 2,200 attendees anticipated
77% from florida + 23% from out-of-state 
72% chiropractic physicians + 28% other 

(other: chiropractic assistants, certified chiropractic physicians assistants, licensed massage therapists, x-ray technicians and guest)

Expo Schedule
Move-in: Thursday, November 5 from 1pm-7pm
Move-out: Sunday, November 8 at 1pm - breakdown prior to this time is strictly prohibited
Expo hours: Friday, 9am-6pm; Saturday, 9am-6:30pm; Sunday, 9am-1pm

Entitlements

  • Attendee list provided in PDF format and to include USPS mailing address info only (pre-, post-, and onsite list).
  • Company name + booth number with web link on the website (www.thenationalchiro.com).
  • Company name + booth number included in the onsite exhibitor directory.
  • First right of refusal on exhibit space for next year’s event – provided floor plan/venue remains unchanged.

Sponsorships + Marketing

All event-related advertising and sponsorships are available to confirmed exhibitors only!

  • Event sponsors enjoy a number of exclusive marketing opportunities packaged along with exhibit space –  sponsor info. 
  • Advertising for as little $80 and up to $1,425.
  • Our cash program sponsorship drives traffic to your exhibit space and in turn allows us to give-away 3 cash prizes. 

 

Service Providers

As an exhibitor, you may be contacted by outside vendors regarding housing, meeting space, mailing lists or other offers – please BEWARE OF SCAMS and potential fraud.  A list of official service providers will be included in your exhibit confirmation – once payment has been processed.  

  • The service kit which includes shipping info + order forms for furniture, electric, etc. will be provided approximately 45 day out from the event.
  • Hotel reservations should be made directly through the hotel– neither the FCA nor the hotel will contact you to make such arrangements.
  • Only the FCA (heather@fcachiro.org) has access to our attendee list – please question any offers to purchase an FCA registration/member list from outside sources. 

RESERVE SPACE | Floor Plan

The floor plan consists of 8x8 , 8x10, and 8x12 spaces as well as 6x2 tabletops (exhibit assignments start with the letter "T").

  • Pricing ranges from $1,740 to 2,595 depending on size and location (floor plan provides pricing per exhibit space)
  • Forced traffic is accomplished through the positioning of the: 
    • Session Rooms
    • Attendance Desks - where doctors sign-in up to 3 times per day.
    • Hospitality Stations - offers coffee in the mornings + water throughout the day + becomes an open bar during the reception in the expo hall on saturday from 5-6pm.

Need to Know!
  • Booth spaces represented by a colored dot should still be availabl.
  • Several exhibitors may be selecting booth space at the same time, we ask that you please list your top 3 choices in order of priority.
  • When selecting space, please take care to notice neighboring companies and any possible conflicts of interest.

  • FLOOR PLAN  - 316 exhibits
 

RESERVE SPACE | Contract + Addendums 
The deposit is required to secure a booth space for your company. 

  • EXHIBIT CONTRACT  - carefully read all pages + sign and initial each page, as required + supply required documents (product/service details, FDA market clearance).

    CBD products?  CBD companies MUST SIGN THIS ADDENDUM. 
     
  • Include payment -  A deposit of $200 per exhibit space is required with the application.  After October 5, the full payment is required.  

  • Send contract and payment info to: heather@fcachiro.org.  At this time, we are requesting that contracts be sent via email versus fax.

    Should you be forced to cancel, deposits are non-refundable with the full payment non-refundable after October 5, 2020 (see contract for details).  If the FCA is forced to cancel the event due to COVID-19, we would refund exhibit fees paid to those still contracted by the the decision date.
