Prepaid Services Must Comply with Licensing Laws and Rules

We have recently received several calls about the limitations on prepay plans offered to patients.  The 2012 legislature defined those limits providing relief for small balances held in a patient's account and introducing maximum  limits.

Inactive or Retired License: Use Caution

If you are considering placing your chiropractic license in either retired or inactive status, please think it over very carefully.  You must keep up on your continuing education.  Many licenses have become delinquent because the doctor did not keep up on and/or keep track of CE’s.
